This is a classic Kyosho GP Spider MK II remote control car from the mid 90′s. It was the second in the parking lot racing touring car series from Kyosho and represented a serious “step-up” in terms of handling and the ability to handle higher power “nitro” motors over the original GP Spyder.
This car was built by the crew at fastharry.com, and features every available Kyosho option including the super chassis, 2 speed transmission, alloy shocks, graphite shock towers and alloy top tray. Take note of the pics with the Kyosho front and rear swaybar set-up.
Power comes from an OS cv15 motor and Futaba 9404 servo’s.
The body is an HPI Porsche with a BRP racing wing in back. It was custom painted by the crew at fastharry.com and really stands out when you see it in person.

The GP Spyder Mk II was my first ever nitro rc car. I got it when i was about 15, and loved it.
Just got it out of the garage a few days ago, and now I need some parts. Quite tricky to find. Will drop you an email.
